Retail sales associates automatically earn points for completing training on TGU Online, Taylor's online learning platform. The points currency and rules are all handled through Karrot's Points Engine. Users can view their online reward catalog view a SSO integration from the LMS platform. This allows customized reward catalog based upon partner type, individual role and country of origin.
The rewards include Taylor swag as well as discounts on Taylor's own guitars.  As the sales associates are music lovers themselves, the ability to own a Taylor Guitar by learning about the history, brand and Taylor products is a great incentive!
