Sonos turned to Karrot to create a retail sales associate accommodations program. An accommodations program was established to allow verified retail associates to obtain Sonos products at a significant discount. This puts Sonos products into the hands of retail associates. There is a direct correlation between product ownership and sales.
The program created a direct channel of communication with retail associates, encouraging them to become brand ambassadors. By using Sonos products themselves, they become more familiar with them and are able to personally recommend the products to consumers.
